Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will give you total command over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your email mailboxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming emails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just select the e-mail account you would like to redirect mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
